  Its a great Community with a Pool, Play Ground, Clubhouse & wonderful Landscaping throughout the Community including a couple of small Ponds with a family of Swans. The Office & Sales Staff are professional, as well as very caring about the residents & care of the entire Community They along with the Community's Watch Group make sure that the speed limit is maintained & the Community continues to be safe. Upon moving in every Resident is given a binder with the Communities Rules & Regulations, Pool Hours & Rules, the Clubhouse Rules & fees & there is a Monthly Newsletter with information including the activities for each month. Its been a very good experience living here for me so far & I'd definately recommend living here. I'm updating my review since I've lived here for awhile now & I'm thankful that I decided to live at Augusta Woods, its definately been a fabulous place to live!! Everyone that I've met or spoken to at the Office & Pool have been courteous & professional, & the residents I've had the pleasure of meeting have been wonderful too. I've been blessed even with Great Neighbors that have assisted me when I had problems that I couldn't handle by myself due to being Disabled, that I'm so thankful for. I've never experienced such good neighbors & Community life in previous Mobile Home Communities that I've lived in. I'm very to be in Augusta Woods!!!
